Took in the Imboden fireworks display tonight. Wasn't the biggest show I've ever been to but it was free and close to home. My boy got to see some fireworks and I didn't have to spend a bunch of money or risk burning down the farm.  thumbp

I always hide in my cave....I remember once in 1972 when I walked outside and a bottle rocket zipped up close to my face and popped....that was the worst I ever lost control of myself, for several weeks those kids wouldnt go by on my side of the road. I've since moved to the remote farm I now live on which is 30 miles from 5 cities...thats as close as I need to be to "civilization"!  don'tknow

First time watching the fireworks at Cherokee.  They were not too bad at all.  We watched them from the back deck of a house on the lake so we avoided the crowd and traffic at the marina.
